The Indian Canyons Golf Resort (formerly Canyon Country Club) is located South of downtown and is crowned by majestic Mount San Jacinto to the West.

WARM SANDS 

WARM SANDS is probably the best known neighborhood in all of Palm Springs. In fact, it's world famous, though not for of its movie star history. Several popular inns have helped to define the area as a gay resort with superb accommodations. LOS COMPADRES 

LOS COMPADRES is located on the South Side of town. Primarily developed in the early 1970's with a blend of terra cotta tile roofs, hand-trowled stucco exteriors and living rooms with cathedral ceilings, these three and four bedroom homes have ample room (around 2000 square feet) and sit on spaceous lots. TWIN PALMS

OLD LAS PALMAS

CHINO CANYON 

CHINO CANYON is a reminder of the natural beauty that originally proliferated Palm Springs.
